About the team
Creators are the heart and soul of TikTok. The Gaming Creator team's mission is to facilitate our Gaming Creator community's growth and development, drive high quality content production and increase creator engagement and product adoption through scaled content and education programs. This team will also create scalable initiatives to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive communities around the world.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, support and execute scaled gaming product programs (manage end to end) focused on driving large-scale participation and product adoption from gaming creators on the platform.
  • Work with various products teams to identify potential program/project opportunities and outlines based on product roadmaps and data driven needs.
  • Work with local/regional XFN teams to rollout scaled product adoption frameworks and programs locally.
  • Align on standardized, clear measurement plans and set joint OKRs in line with the broader Gaming Product teams. Track program progress to program goals, incorporate improvement tweaks in realtime to optimize program success metrics.
  • Evaluate successful program components and execution as well as areas for improvement to synthesize back to key XFN stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with XFN teams needed to operationalize product programs (eg Product / Product Ops, PMM, Publisher Product, m10n, Publisher Ops, Comms, USDS, legal, etc).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS/BA and 3+ years working experience focused on the creator and content ecosystem, ideally with experience at other top content, entertainment and social media/influencer platforms or companies or relevant industries.
  • Previous experience managing creators.
  • Strong track record of working across teams, organizational structures, geographies to drive impact.
  • Exceptional creator/partner management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exemplary interpersonal, analytical skills.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment as a consensus builder across disparate business units with occasionally conflicting KPIs.
  • Experience working in the Video Gaming industry.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106000 - $156750 annually.



Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
