The LA Clippers are looking for an Associate Digital Marketer with a focused background in marketing analytics & insights. This role will focus on segmentation and implementation across SMS, paid search, paid social and/or email.

This is a part-time role based at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, CA and is not eligible for benefits.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive Single Game Ticket performance marketing strategies across all our owned channels to accelerate SGT revenue
  • Contribute to ticket sales growth by aiding in marketing efforts for single game tickets, season tickets and other ticketing products
  • Develop, test, and learn strategies across our digital marketing communication platforms including web, email, mobile, text and chatbot
  • Work in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to gain comprehensive analytics & insights
  • Collaborate with our Creative Services team to develop creative assets that will drive Single Game Ticket sales
  • Partner with our Business Insights & Analytics team to refine performance marketing strategies to improve value, awareness and fan conversion for the LA Clippers
  • Contribute to multi-touch journeys to drive and cultivate leads to increase conversion rates
  • Implement direct marketing strategies and partner with our agency responsible for paid performance
  • Grow our opt-in databases for email and text to drive viewership on websites.
  • Use consistent reporting and campaign recap methodology to establish the best processes for tracking performance across all digital channels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Ticket Sales, Information Technology, Global Partnerships, Arena Operations, and Agency partners to drive digital marketing programs.

Your Background, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience leading digital marketing efforts, with a heavy emphasis on innovative platforms and digital analytics.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and driving digital marketing plans from conception to implementation.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced dynamic environment and deliver against demanding timelines.
  • Experience in creating reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics to partners and developing optimization strategies across paid and owned channels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation

  • The range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 hourly compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • The role is classified as non-exempt.
