POSITION OVERVIEW
The Nightlife Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, attract a diverse audience, and increase customer engagement. This position will play a key role in shaping the nightlife department’s marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the nightclub's success. This position requires a results-oriented, innovative, and experienced marketing professional with a deep understanding of the nightlife industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Work with the Director of Nightlife Marketing to create a marketing strategy that aligns with the nightclub's brand, target audience, and business objectives
- Understand target audience segments and develop targeted marketing initiatives to attract and engage diverse customer groups
- Assist the management team to set marketing goals, KPIs, and budget allocations
- Support the nightclub's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials
- Assist with creative marketing campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and attract new customers
- Assist with the nightclub's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertising
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to create engaging marketing collateral and materials
- Collaborate with the events team on their marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for special events, themed nights, and performances
- Execute targeted marketing plans, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media campaigns, and public relations activities
- Collaborate with strategic partners, influencers, and media outlets to maximize event promotion and reach new audiences
- Analyze event performance and attendee feedback to continuously improve marketing strategies and event experiences
- Assist with the nightclub's digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, search engine marketing, social media advertising, and email marketing
- Utilize data analytics and marketing automation tools to measure marketing campaign effectiveness, track customer engagement, and drive data-driven decision-making
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging platforms, identifying opportunities to reach and engage target audiences
- Cultivate partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to expand the nightclub's reach and enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, events, and sales, to align marketing efforts and achieve business goals
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) years of experience in marketing within the nightlife, entertainment, or hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of the nightlife industry, target audience preferences, and marketing trends
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including website management, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing approaches
- Highly motivated and energetic personality with a strong commitment to excellence in hospitality
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively achieve business unit goals and objectives by implementing strategic and operational plans, budgets, and best practices; and monitoring and evaluating results
- Ability to actively influence and drive collaboration with individuals or groups at various levels within and outside of the organization
- Demonstrated ability in maintaining consistent, high-quality service levels
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive guest and company information
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, nights, and weekends
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
