Compensation Range: $23.00 - 24.50 per hour

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our client's team. This role will be responsible for supporting the marketing and operational processes related to the international release of television series. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, project management, and a passion for the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Confirm the earliest transactional release dates for television series globally, considering local broadcast dates, holdbacks, and delivery/production timelines.
  • Coordinate the greenlight process for international releases by gathering projections from local territories, production costs, and other associated fees.
  • Set up products in internal systems and provide guidance to Production on design specifications.
  • Maintain and update internal planning and tracking documents to ensure data accuracy.
  • Draft sales materials and manage the approval process across various departments.
  • Confirm legal and music clearances for releases.
  • Monitor retail sites to ensure EST and disc releases are accurately listed and available.
  • Track the performance of TV releases post-launch, providing insights and updates to the team.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of agendas for meetings.
  • Identify necessary information and assets for retailer product pages.
  • Route marketing materials for internal approval.
  • Assist in the development of presentations and other promotional materials.
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Film, Television, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or project management. Experience within home entertainment, film studios, marketing/advertising agencies, or consumer products is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Airtable.
  • Resourceful, with the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with the Brand Marketing team and other departments.
  • Highly organized, agile, and able to handle multiple concurrent tasks with ease.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
