United Talent Agency (UTA), one of the world’s leading talent and entertainment companies, is seeking an Agent Assistant to join our News & Broadcasting department in New York.
The News & Broadcasting department is a dominant force in journalism and editorial talent. The company’s roster of compelling and disparate voices—from trusted, established, respected, veteran broadcasters to rising stars who break the mold—is without parallel. The ideal candidate will have experience in news, television, agency or management fields. It is extremely helpful to have an interest in and knowledge of television news.
What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative support to agents, including managing phone, calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Manage expenses and maintain accurate records using company systems and software.
  • Support in the coordination of logistics for client events, industry conferences, and promotional opportunities.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support client projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments within UTA to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

  • Relevant Experience: Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, preferably within entertainment.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Client Knowledge: An understanding of UTA’s client roster and a desire to contribute to the success of some of the most influential figures in entertainment and culture.
