Overview: Razorfish is looking for a hands-on, social media project manager to oversee a team crafting social media content solutions for a high-profile client. This is endeavor breaks traditional agency norms for how an agency can and should work with clients. You will be immersed in the client’s day-to-day with a bespoke agency team crafted to support the owned organic social handles for a multi-brand client. You can expect to work alongside a diverse team of creators utilizing a vast library of proprietary assets to create engaging, thumb-stopping, buzz-generating social content. Role will involve high-volume content execution working directly with client and agency teams to elevate the social media experience of our client while also increasing followers across multiple high-visibility branded accounts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Management · Review small scale travel and prop estimates to ensure agency and client expense policies are followed. · Track out of pocket financials and deliver a monthly delta snapshot to inform client budget. · Work with client team members to manage workflow into editorial studio for execution. · Aid creators in checking out local gear and following low fidelity content capture best practices. 2. Client/Agency liaison · Serve as a liaison between the social team and marketing stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategies and integrated campaigns. · Report to Razorfish Group Executive Producer and liaise with day-to-day client contacts who will assign and manage priority projects. 3. Project Management · Upload published video clips from previous week within a pre-existing storage/archive infrastructure for client. · Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality. · Ensure all relevant documents and creative assets are centrally filed for easy access. · Take concise notes in meetings, assigns tasks effectively, and monitors completion. · Establish, document and enforce process with team to ensure organization is impeccable. · Establish cadence and agendas for status calls for client and agency stakeholders as well as the team you manage. · Act as the glue between editorial teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration. · Coordinate high volume asset trafficking to gain approvals from different client stakeholders. Qualifications: A minimum of 5-7 years’ project management experience working in social and/or editorial marketing for a media or entertainment brand. Impeccable organizational and communication skills. Strong PM and Production knowledge across multiple tactic types i.e.) static design and animation. Skilled in resource allocation and bandwidth forecasting. Familiarity with Monday.com and its corresponding widget capabilities. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. A passion for social media and pop culture. Possible overtime or weekend work may be required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Related Bachelor's degree. Experience editing, animation and video production (equipment, etc.) a plus. Previous experience in social content creation, advertising or entertainment is a plus. Additional Information:

Compensation Range: $51.20 - $76.92/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
