Job Summary/Description:

K8 Creative in Jonesboro, AR is looking for a commercial producer to help with video production. This person will handle the cinematography, lighting, editing, and scripting for client and station promotions.

K8 Creative in Jonesboro, AR is looking for a Creative Services Producer to join our award-winning team. This person will be expected to be a team player and take part in all aspects of commercial and station marketing production. Must work closely with sales to conceptualize, write, shoot and edit video commercials, and work with the marketing team to assist in the production of station promotional videos. This position has an emphasis on commercial production: digital design, videography, and editing for all media platforms including streaming, social, and broadcast. The position requires a good overall knowledge of video production and digital design with client satisfaction in mind.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Every step of commercial video production
• Scripting, videography, lighting, video editing, graphics animation, sound design, and archiving
• Working closely with sales team on scripting, scheduling, shooting, and editing
• Interacting face-to-face with clients while concepting ideas and on shoots
• Researching and brainstorming client commercial ideas and articulating the ideas so that others understand your vision
• Meeting production deadlines
• Assisting others in editing or shooting projects when needed.
• Assisting with station self-promotion, both on-air and social media
• Graphic design and animating graphics

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have a reel, portfolio, or examples of work to be considered
• Very familiar with Adobe Premiere and After Effects or equivalent software, and proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and Media Encoder or equivalent software
• Element 3D motion graphics experience is considered a plus
• FAA Part 107 Drone Certification is considered a plus
• Strong cinematography skills, ideally with knowledge of DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, Blackmagic equipment, and production lighting techniques
• Be able to present ideas and gain the approval and satisfaction of clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Must be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, both independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Time-management skills and day-to-day project flexibility are required, along with a sense of urgency to deliver projects under tight deadlines
• Some evenings or weekends may be required
• Must have a clean driving record
• A relevant college degree or equivalent professional experience is required
