We're looking for someone who understands the ranching lifestyle, appreciates high-quality beef, and knows how to make content that people want to share, like, and talk about.

As our Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for crafting engaging, trend-driven content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, has their finger on the pulse of internet culture, and knows how to tell a brand’s story through scroll-stopping content.

You’ll be expected to create, film, edit, and manage original content while staying ahead of trends and engaging with our audience. Whether it’s highlighting the craft of beef production, showcasing recipes, or diving into the ranching lifestyle, you’ll be our digital voice.

Content Creation & Video Production

Develop platform-specific content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos that showcase Legendary Beef’s products, ranching lifestyle, and food culture.

Jump on trending topics and create engaging, viral-worthy content.

Act as a brand personality, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and authenticity to the content.

Design branded templates for IG stories, reels, and YouTube shorts that align with our aesthetic.

Social Media Management

Own the content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality posts.

Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, and creating opportunities for interaction.

Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on performance data.

Creative Strategy & Trendspotting

Research and compile emerging social media trends, identifying opportunities to elevate our content.

Develop storyboards, shot lists, and creative briefs for campaigns and social-first activations.

Work alongside marketing and sales teams to align messaging with brand goals.

Skills & Qualifications

Social Media Expertise – Strong understanding of platform algorithms, best practices, and content strategy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Photography & Videography Skills – Ability to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality content (lighting, angles, composition, editing).

Video Editing Proficiency – Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools to create polished, engaging videos.

Trend Awareness – You’re obsessed with internet culture, always spotting the next viral moment before it happens.

Love for Food & Agriculture – A deep appreciation for high-quality beef, ranching culture, and food storytelling.

Strong Communication – Ability to take creative direction and bring it to life while also engaging with the community in an authentic voice.

High Energy & Creativity – Ready to jump in front of the camera, host, experiment, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Time Management & Organization – Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep content flowing consistently.
