Job Purpose
The Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for leading the execution and performance of BBC Advertising campaigns in North America. This role ensures seamless campaign delivery, deepens client relationships, and drives renewals and revenue growth through exceptional service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for direct advertising campaigns, managing relationships with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Own campaign management from kickoff through delivery
- Ensure campaign KPIs are met, recommending optimizations in partnership with Media Planning, Ad Operations and Social Analytics.
- Lead the development of client-facing materials, including wrap reports, mid-campaign updates, and key opportunity decks (KOCs).
- Manage internal workflows, collaborating with Project Managers, Media Planning, Editorial, Research and Ad Ops to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Deliver high-quality presentations and insights that communicate campaign value to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive client renewals by providing performance analysis, drafting case studies, and leading strategic post-campaign discussions.
- Support alignment between advertising and broader marketing initiatives in collaboration with the BBC Studios Commercial Marketing team.
Knowledge, Skills, Training & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in client success within a media organization, digital advertising a plus.
- Deep knowledge of campaign execution across digital buys.
- Skilled in campaign tools and platforms including Google Ad Manager, Monday.com, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and a knack for building compelling client narratives.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.

- Collaborative and consultative cross-functional partner
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with premium publishers and familiarity with FAST, audio, custom/branded content a plus
Compensation
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $75,000 to $80,000. This range does not include bonus compensation or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and geographic location of the position.
This range is not inclusive of a competitive bonus, flexible, hybrid working schedule & benefits including but not limited to: 100% BBCS covered medical & dental insurance, vision, & 401k match.
