JOB DESCRIPTION

The Freelance Accounts Receivable Affiliate Cash Application Administrator is responsible for all cash application and subscriber reporting update. This position is responsible for applying all Fox Sports & Entertainment Affiliate Sales cash receipts to all MSO accounts in an accurate and timely manner and reconciling and applying all payments in detail to accurately bill subscribers by the end of each fiscal month to ensure proper booking and reporting of the networks’ revenue.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply payments to distributor customers monthly billing
• Enter customer subscriber detail into Coral System’s estimated invoice billing and reconcile balance
• Make applicable subscriber count adjustments and system changes, i.e. system launches, acquisitions, sales, and drops
• Communicate with customers for payment and remittance detail
• Coordinate with the billing and sales staff on any anomalies and meet all monthly deadlines for receipt, application, and subscriber billing updates
   

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with related internship/work experience
• 1+ year of experience in A/R or any accounting-related work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Mathematical and reasoning skills
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people
• Ability to work somewhat independently, multitask, and work efficiently under daily time constraints
• Ability to adapt and pivot quickly to system changes and updates
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $27.00-27.00 per hour. We provide Freelancers medical/dental/vision insurance and 401k after they meet eligibility criteria and any State required time-off, in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
