Job Description
RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an Event Producer to join for an approximate 6-month project!
This role requires 5 days on-site in downtown Seattle. You must reside in the Seattle area to be considered for this position.
We are seeking an experienced Event Producer with a strong background in live and hybrid event production. The ideal candidate will have expertise in audio, video, and lighting systems, along with experience managing event logistics, coordinating production teams, and ensuring seamless event execution. This role requires hands-on involvement from planning through execution, including rehearsals, event days, and post-event load-out operations.
As an Event Producer, You Will
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, event organizers, production engineers, livestream technicians, and third-party production providers.
- Develop and execute run-of-show documents, ensuring smooth event flow.
- Manage show calling, stage management, and overall event production logistics.
- Oversee physical production elements, including audio, video, and lighting.
- Facilitate pre-event planning meetings and customer coordination.
- Manage event operating budgets and ensure cost-effective production execution.
- Support corporate and broadcast events, both in-person and virtual. Ensure high-quality event experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
As an Applicant, You Bring
- Minimum 4 years of experience in event production, show calling, stage management, and run-of-show development.
- Strong project management skills (4-6 years) with experience in event coordination and production management.
- Proficiency in event production software and tools, including MS Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) and Asana.
- Experience working with technical production elements (audio, video, lighting).
- Knowledge of live and virtual event execution; broadcast experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing event budgets.
- Corporate event production experience is a plus.

Compensation
Pay Range: $70.00 - $76.50 (Hourly)
The successful candidates pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
