Interns will be working closely with the executive assistant. Responsibilities include script coverage, reviewing and covering incoming material (samples/books/films...etc.), updating internal databases, and research when requested.

Founded in 2018 by accomplished TV and film producer Jessica Rhoades, Pacesetter Productions is a writer-driven production company committed to bringing the visions of exceptional creatives to life. The company currently has a first look deal at A24 and more than 30 projects in the works including network development at Netflix (US & UK), Apple, Peacock, AMC, NBC, and CBS. Rhoades joined Charlie Brooker in 2022 as Executive Producer on his critically-acclaimed anthology series BLACK MIRROR, with a sixth season recently launching to rave reviews and a global number one ranking in 93 countries on Netflix.

Past credits include the seven-time Emmy-nominated HBO Max limited series STATION ELEVEN from creator Patrick Somerville and director Hiro Murai, as well as the Emmy and Golden Globe nominated HBO series SHARP OBJECTS, based on the novel by Gillian Flynn and adapted by Marti Noxon, starring Amy Adams and directed by Jean-Marc Vallee. Other projects include Gillian Flynn’s UTOPIA for Amazon Studios, season two of the critically acclaimed Alexandra Cunningham-created series DIRTY JOHN and seasons four and five of Showtime's THE AFFAIR. Based in Los Angeles and London, the Pacesetter team also includes EVP Alison Mo Massey (SPOILER ALERT, SPECIAL) and Director of Development Bryan Daly.

• Who to apply to and how to apply. Typically students are asked for a cover letter and a resume, but it’s up to you. Students also need an email to send their applications to. If it’s a general email, that’s fine, but having a person associated with the application is nice for the purposes of the cover letter.
