Job Description
The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $65,000 - $95,000/yr.
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Collect and analyze data related to sales performance across various platforms, including broadcast radio, digital streaming, podcasting, and events.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of sales dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide real-time visibility into sales metrics.
- Provide insights on sales trends, revenue performance, and other key analytics to guide sales leadership in decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that analytics insights are aligned with business goals and support sales success.
- Support the SVP of Revenue Analytics in preparing reports and presentations for the leadership and sales.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, digital, and technology teams to identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness through data.
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and implementing new tools or platforms to enhance sales analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Participate in ad-hoc analytical projects and deliver actionable insights to optimize sales operations and revenue generation.
- Play a role in Audacy's data governance efforts, ensuring the quality and accuracy of sales-related data.
- Monitor the economic conditions of the ad marketplace and relevant industries, providing insights to the sales team and leadership to guide strategy.
- Proactively identify gaps in data collection and reporting and recommend improvements.
Required & Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales analytics or related role, ideally within media, technology, or adjacent industries.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo) and CRM software (Salesforce).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools; knowledge of SQL or other data manipulation languages is a plus.
- Experience with sales performance tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in media, advertising, or a digital-first company.
- Knowledge of ad-based OMSs such as Placements and Boostr.
- Familiarity with cloud-based office products (e.g., Airtable).
