Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Film Crew member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and post-production, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. This role involves collaborating with various departments to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our creative vision.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the director and other crew members to understand project requirements and vision.
Assist in the planning and execution of video shoots, including setting up equipment and managing lighting.
Operate cameras and other filming equipment to capture high-quality footage.
Edit video content using software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects as needed.
Manage post-production tasks, including color correction, sound editing, and finalizing videos for distribution.
Utilize software like Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, and Adobe Bridge for efficient workflow management.
Maintain organized files and archives of all footage and completed projects.

Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere and Adobe Bridge.
Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Maya is a plus.
Experience in videography and video production techniques.
Strong knowledge of post-production processes, including editing, color grading, and sound design.
Ability to create motion graphics that enhance storytelling.
A portfolio showcasing previous work in film or video production is highly desirable.
