Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Film Crew member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and post-production, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. This role involves collaborating with various departments to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our creative vision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the director and other crew members to understand project requirements and vision.
• Assist in the planning and execution of video shoots, including setting up equipment and managing lighting.
• Operate cameras and other filming equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Edit video content using software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects as needed.
• Manage post-production tasks, including color correction, sound editing, and finalizing videos for distribution.
• Utilize software like Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, and Adobe Bridge for efficient workflow management.
• Maintain organized files and archives of all footage and completed projects.

Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere and Adobe Bridge.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Maya is a plus.
• Experience in videography and video production techniques.
• Strong knowledge of post-production processes, including editing, color grading, and sound design.
• Ability to create motion graphics that enhance storytelling.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work in film or video production is highly desirable.
