Position Overview:
The Associate Manager of Activation will support the execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among fans in the US. This role focuses on supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies that enhance brand visibility and position the product as a leader in the industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with consumer marketing, a passion for digital and social media, and an ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution Support:

Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and retail channels. Ensure each campaign is aligned with the brand’s objectives and engages the target audience effectively.

  • Content & Channel Strategy:

Work closely with the Creative and Planning Teams to develop on-brand marketing assets. Support the creation of social media content and help manage a content calendar focused on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

Support the Planning and Digital Strategy teams in executing product launches, defining key messaging, and aligning on paid media strategies, including influencer partnerships and social media campaigns.

  • Retail & Shopper Marketing:

Assist in implementing retail marketing strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging across in-store activations. Support the Sales and Merchandising teams to help drive consumer engagement through in-store marketing programs at key US retailers.

  • Community Engagement:

Help manage the brand’s fans across social platforms to build and sustain an active community. Support PR efforts and influencer partnerships to increase brand awareness and positive sentiment.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Assist in tracking KPIs for ongoing campaigns and help gather insights for performance optimization. Support the forecasting process for brand items and licensed-in partnerships.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally within the toy, entertainment, or CPG industry.
  • Experience supporting digital and social media campaigns with a focus on audience engagement.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
  • Basic experience with budget management and performance tracking.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of global toy or entertainment markets.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of children's digital media regulations, including COPPA compliance.


Salary:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 /year
