Compensation Range: $82 - 90 per hour
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the operational workflow for a diverse portfolio of campaigns. In this role, you will manage every aspect of campaign execution, including budget oversight, creative development, asset planning, production, and delivery, ensuring each project launches smoothly and on budget. From ideation to launch, you'll track spending, define campaign milestones, and coordinate timelines for creative development, executive reviews, production schedules, and asset rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete operational scope for a portfolio of clients UCAN titles, including budget oversight, creative development, asset planning, production, and campaign delivery.
- Track and allocate spending throughout the campaign lifecycle-from ideation to delivery-ensuring budget adherence for each title launch.
- Define and coordinate campaign milestones such as creative development timelines, executive reviews, stakeholder deadlines, production schedules, and asset rollouts (e.g., media deliveries and campaign debuts).
- Handle agency agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance with operational standards.
- Monitor agency deliverables against the SOW, flagging any risks related to delays or budget overages to key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and assess potential risks in timelines and budgets to maintain high-quality, timely creative outputs.
- Facilitate seamless cross-functional communication, ensuring efficient workflows and alignment across teams while globally disseminating campaign milestones, assets, and key deliverables.
- Collaborate with operational producers to manage the localization, finishing, and distribution of promotional assets, including AV content, key art, out-of-home (OOH) campaigns, digital content, and social media creatives.
- Troubleshoot and address production challenges and campaign escalations on a day-to-day basis.
- Leverage data insights to optimize operational workflows and eliminate inefficiencies in creative production pipelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in creative project management and production, ideally in an entertainment studio, network, or agency environment.
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams through complex marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including localization workflows, with a deep understanding of video production (e.g., trailers, TV spots, social content), print/OOH, and digital assets.
- Knowledge of video and digital formats, as well as asset management, servicing, and ad trafficking fundamentals.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-profile global campaigns with multiple creative deliverables.
- Familiarity with the evolving advertising landscape and best practices.
- Comfortable managing diverse campaign types with geographically distributed teams.
- A collaborative, strategic partner who excels as a team player.
- Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA.
- Some travel required.
