About the Team

Creativity is at the core of TikTok, from our community to our brand. The Brand and Creative team is a center of excellence within the global marketing team, overseeing all consumer campaigns to ensure world-class, consistent communications. We are seeking an experienced and talented Production Lead to join us in Los Angeles.

About the Role
This role will involve helping to manage our global creative operations and the production of campaigns, building optimal production setups, collaborating with creative directors and agency partners across the globe. The ideal candidate is skilled at balancing strategic and tactical approaches, loves making things happen and enjoys staying organized.

Responsibilities
- Global project management: lead and oversee the end-to-end production process of projects, from contracts to payments, ensuring timely and high-quality execution from pre-production planning to final delivery.
- Agency and production setup: develop and implement the best agency and production architecture for each project, including selecting appropriate partners and vendors to achieve the desired creative outcomes.
- Creative operations: suggest and implement efficient workflows and ways of working to streamline the creative production process and improve collaboration globally.
- Budget and calendar management: manage project budgets and dates, ensuring cost-effective production while maintaining high creative standards respecting deadlines.
- On-location management: co-manage shoots and productions on location with external partners and agencies, coordinating logistics and ensuring everything runs smoothly and accordingly. Availability to travel to supervise productions is necessary.
- Supplier relations: building and bringing to the table great relationships with agencies in the USA and around the world to deepen and broaden our supplier mix.
- Creative operations innovation: help to research best practice and roll out new tools and methods to create better creative workflow, including in project management, content creation, and AI.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $110000 - $150000 annually.​
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
