Position: Integrated Sales Marketing Manager
Summary
The iconic Broadway brand Playbill ® is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to become the Integrated Sales Marketing Manager. This exciting position will be focused on creating sales and marketing materials for Playbill’s rapidly growing print, digital and event business. The role will require a person to be proactive and help to ideate sellable opportunities. The Integrated Sales Marketing Manager should come with vision and strategic insights on how to adapt sales and marketing materials to their specific categories and needs. This is a pivotal role within Playbill’s ecosystem and will need to show a boy of work in the interview process.
Responsibilities
— Create, edit, and maintain a comprehensive marketing and sales collateral library that is relevant and highly targeted to client needs.
— Collaborate with the management, events, editorial, and sales teams to articulate their objectives through the creation of integrated marketing communication plans.
— Generate a calendar to ensure successful production and distribution of marketing and sales materials.
— Proactively engage with the sales team to gather feedback and distribution of materials.
— Track competitive events and promotions to identify opportunities to optimize messaging and grow our target audience.
— Create strategic creative and campaign briefs.
— Work with VP/COO and select team members on marketing materials for the Playbill family of brands such as Playbill Travel, Playbill Store, PLAYBILLder, and Playbill Jobs.
Qualifications
— At least 2 years of experience working in sales or marketing at a publication, entertainment company or agency
— Proven experience developing and writing copy for client focused sales campaigns and events
— Proficient in Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop
— Expertise in in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Power Point
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both internal and external communications

— Works well with others and independently on focused tasks — Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or extended time in similar position
Playbill currently has a 9am-5pm EST, Monday – Friday, hybrid work schedule with Monday and Friday as work from home days. Playbill's office is at 729 Seventh Ave., New York, NY 10019.
Salary: $60K/year, with health insurance, vacation/sick time off, 401K
