Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Visual Designer for a leading entertainment company.

Join our client's team as a Visual Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the design language and visual identity across a renowned studio. Embedded within the Experience Design team, you'll be instrumental in aligning visual design with the overarching brand and technology narratives.

This is a full-time 12-month contract opportunity that is hybrid onsite in Los Angeles, CA. The application deadline is Friday, April 11th, 2025.

Visual Designer Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Transform complex ideas into compelling design artifacts and graphics that resonate with diverse audiences.

• Brand Identity: Craft and refine brand identity elements, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs through comprehensive style guides and design standards.

• Design Execution: Deliver high-quality graphics and assets, including style guides, presentation templates, and branding materials, tailored to meet project requirements.

• Client Presentations: Collaborate with the design team to create engaging presentations that captivate clients and adhere to brand guidelines.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Present and articulate design concepts and directions effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborative Innovation: Work alongside fellow designers to evolve the design language and branding efforts, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Visual Designer Requirements:

• Portfolio Excellence: Demonstrated experience in visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing brand work, including decks, logos, and diagrams.

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator) and Figma.

• Industry Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with prominent global or national brands.

• Creativity and Drive: A creative thinker who is detail-oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator.

• Team Contribution: Engage in team development through collaborative projects and initiatives, inspiring fresh approaches to design challenges.
