Marketing Manager

Trump Hotels is seeking a creative, strategic, and creative Marketing Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and an ability to work independently. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Travel Industry Sales, the Marketing Manager will be office-based in New York City and facilitate a variety of communications requests for the Trump Hotels brand and hotel portfolio. In this role the Marketing Manager will be tasked with working across our internal team and hotel partners as well as outside agencies to assist with a variety of initiatives which may include:

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Managing Trump Hotels social media presence on Facebook and Instagram including copy development and image selection for reels, stories and posts

- Managing social media strategy calendar to coordinate strategic initiatives including organic and paid social for the brand and multiple properties

- Facilitating training on and utilization of our Influencer Marketing strategy and tools

-Working with marketing and web development teams on transition to new website including content development, copy and image selection/transfer and ongoing copy editing and quality control

- Working with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider team to identify synergies and opportunities across all marketing to ensure revenue production and growth

- Working with wider marketing team to develop and report out on annual marketing plan, including quarterly updates to measure success

- Managing promotional requests for brand and property including copy development, editing and image selection

- Facilitating hotel offers calendar to ensure accurate and timely addition/removal of promotional offers to website, including copy editing as needed

- Assisting with Business to Business email marketing including creative development, database management and email deployment

- Working with marketing agency on creative assets for digital media, print and collateral, as well as internal creative development of some assets

- Additional support on projects as needed and assigned by VP of Marketing and Travel Industry Sales

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience in Hotel Marketing, Digital Media or related field (required);

-Experience managing multiple projects/competing deadlines simultaneously; working with multiple software platforms; using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team;

-Impeccable communication skills, both spoken and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
