In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of programmatic media specialists partnering across the Consumer Goods and Entertainment sector to motivate programmatic business growth by utilizing Google's solutions to promote business objectives. You will work with business leadership and cross-functional partners including Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and product teams to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations of the business.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$268,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of programmatic display and video sellers within the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team across the respective verticals. Attract, develop, and retain talent in all roles across the team.
  • Develop effective relationships with cross-functional partners to deliver insights, ideas, and customer service that motivates business growth for our clients.
  • Manage business forecasting and pipeline, analyze data trends and client performance to develop solid plans, and lead preparation and delivery of presentations and narratives.
  • Partner with cross-functional and peer leaders to serve as an industry thought leader in order to empower sellers to have more forward looking conversations, and business growth.
  • Develop C-Level relationships, and generate growth from a set of accounts.
