What You’ll Do - Marketing:
- Strategic Brand Management: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share.
- Product Innovation: Contribute to the development and launch of new products, from concept to market.
- Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer trends and develop data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, R&I, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
- P&L Management: Gain experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities for assigned brands or projects.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including search, social media, email, and e-commerce.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data to understand consumer behavior, campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- E-commerce & CRM: Manage e-commerce platforms, develop CRM strategies, and optimize the customer journey.
- Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Explore and experiment with new digital tools and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of digital strategies.
- Minimum Requirements:
- A recent graduate (within 12 months) of a BA degree or MA degree.
- Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Able to start working fulltime starting September 2025.
- Willing to relocate to any USA-based office including:
- Greater New York Area
- El Segundo, Los Angeles
- Showcased ability to work in a professional, dynamic environment through previous internship or relevant work experience. This includes part-time work, work study, side-gigs, freelancing, volunteering, summer work, or internships.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and interest in Marketing/Digital through your academics, extra-curricular activities, or professional/volunteer work.
- Established self-awareness, in terms of understanding your own culture, identity, biases, prejudices, power, privilege and stereotypes.
- You are both data driven and creative - you enjoy creating data-driven business strategies and can craft a compelling story
- You are resilient and able to bounce back with positivity and persistence
- You are idea initiator with an entrepreneurial spirit that enjoys taking risks
- You are a strong project manager with the ability to collaborate with multiple partners to achieve a common goal
- You are an effective communicator and have good time management skills to work with both your peers and upper management to move projects along
- Salary Range: $87,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location)
