Summary of Position
Lionsgate is currently seeking a Manager, International TV Sales Strategy & Planning to report to the Director, International TV Sales Strategy & Planning in the International TV Sales department. Our Strategy & Planning team works closely with the Sales and Operations teams to manage the Lionsgate content pipeline for placement and revenue maximization in international markets. The Manager will focus on supporting Sales to achieve yearly inventory and revenue targets as well as liaising with Operations to ensure efficient deal making.
Responsibilities
- Manage new release and library Lionsgate content inventory for international territories
- Support building and tracking annual territory budgets, managing financial film and series benchmarks, and conducting competitive deal analysis
- Work with Sales to build out key strategies/initiatives in regional markets
- Use Lionsgate’s database management systems for catalog information, historical analyses, etc.
- Work with Finance to provide pricing guidance for licensing deal negotiations
- Provide strategic feedback and planning support as deals progress from initial offer to close
- Track pay-1, first-run, and other title windows for new opportunities and existing contractual obligations
- Ad hoc projects and presentations for leadership as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Understanding of TV distribution (Free TV, Basic, Pay, SVOD, and AVOD) with 3-4 years of related experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Curious and self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize important team timelines
