Art Director

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and experienced Art Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the the visual aspects of our video productions, maintaining the shop space and other Art Department related tools, props and sets, as well as working collaboratively with other necessary team members to deliver high-quality creative work.

Duties
- Serve as an assistant to the Chief Creative Officer
- Help develop and implement creative concepts for the Art Department on various projects, predominantly YouTube short-form video content
- Provide clear and safe direction to other sub-contractors
- Collaborate well with the Producer, Director, and other team members of various video projects
- Help design, source, construct, decorate, budget and tear down unique sets and prop builds
- Handle all Art Dept. needs on video shoots, and the organization and/or proper displacement of items after a video shoot
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools

Requirements
- Proven experience in Art Direction for film, video, and/or theatrical work
- Proficiency with power tools and various construction materials
- Experience in video production is a must, and adequate knowledge of film set etiquette
- Familiarity with Google softwares : Excel, Calendar, Word
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Team player mentality with an ability to remain flexible, and foresee the needs of others
- Responsible, honest, and self-motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
