We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Services Manager to join our team, overseeing graphic design, production mechanicals, and digital marketing assets for our products while collaborating with Brand Marketing to deliver exceptional results.
Job Summary:
The Creative Services Manager will be responsible for graphic design and the creation of production mechanicals and digital marketing assets for film and television packaged media. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will work closely with Brand Marketing to establish project scope, define deliverables, and ensure all creative materials align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Conceptualize and execute graphic design for a variety of assets, including packaging, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Develop innovative and visually engaging designs that reflect the unique identity of each film or television property.
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards, technical specifications, and licensor requirements.
Production Mechanical Development:
- Create, review, and finalize production mechanicals for film and television packaged media.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure materials meet technical and production deadlines.
- Manage approvals with licensors, maintaining compliance with style guides and branding requirements.
Digital Marketing Asset Creation:
- Design and produce digital marketing assets such as web banners, social media graphics, and email templates to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure digital assets align with strategic goals and audience engagement metrics.
- Optimize designs for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and high-quality delivery.
Collaboration with Brand Marketing:
- Partner with Brand Marketing to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for creative initiatives.
- Serve as a key collaborator in developing campaigns that align with marketing goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Provide creative input and insights during campaign planning sessions.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.
- Maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, approvals, and deliverables.
- Use project management tools like Asana, Basecamp, or Trello to coordinate tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
- Review all creative assets for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks on production mechanicals and digital designs prior to final delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, production mechanicals, or creative services, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and digital asset creation tools.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and digital marketing requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working closely with marketing teams to develop cohesive creative campaigns.
- Familiarity with film and television packaging design.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Awareness of sustainability practices in print and packaging production.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, or Trello.
