About Us:

4:08 Productions creates high-value, story-driven content for a variety of clients. Our productions include Emmy-winning documentaries, national commercials for Fortune 500 companies, and stunningly produced branded content. The company was founded in 2011 by Emmy winning filmmaker and director Nic Davis, who wanted to bring his talented network together to create amazing content. Their shared love of music and film led to 4:08 Productions. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and fostering a vibrant creator and user community across social channels.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging content across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X)
• Schedule and monitor posts to optimize for reach, engagement, and overall performance.
• Effectively engage with our social media audience and network by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
• Build relationships with creators, influencers, and fans to foster a loyal and engaged online community.
• Contribute to broader marketing and growth strategies by sharing social media insights and trends.
• Expected hours are 5-15/week.

Qualifications:

• Strong visual storytelling skills with experience in content creation, including graphics, video editing, and copywriting.
• Proficiency with US social media platforms and trends
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to drive brand goals.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for fostering online communities.
