DIRECTV is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to lead development and execution of the content curation strategy for a new platform experience, merchandising the best available content to engage users, drive upsell, and create revenue opportunities.

Here's what you’ll do:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive, dynamic merchandising strategy across multiple content types (FAST/AVOD/Premium/Standard), genres and growing library size.
  • Develop and present a unique editorial voice to engage and retain users.
  • Utilize viewership and user data to improve system algorithms, editorial direction, and platform capabilities.
  • Generate advertising and sponsorship revenue opportunities in partnership with Ad Sales.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Product, Content, Marketing, and Customer Acquisition to achieve company goals.
  • May assist with curation activities in additional DIRECTV environments.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • 3 - 5+ years of marketing experience in the entertainment industry.
  • Proven experience in content curation or related role.
  • Strong knowledge and/or experience with FAST and AVOD content preferred.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform merchandising strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

DIRECTV WAGE ZONES: $105,830 - $192,050

Low (N1): $105,830 - $158,650

Mid (N2): $111,400 - $167,000

High (N3): $122,540 - $183,700

Top (N4): $128,110 - $192,050
