Are you passionate about transforming creative marketing at scale and driving adoption of innovative solutions? XCM is seeking a strategic product marketing leader to help shape and grow Global Studio, our initiative that's revolutionizing creative production across Amazon. As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Global Studio, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, driving adoption across Amazon marketing teams, and ensuring the platform's value proposition resonates with diverse stakeholders. You'll work closely with the Operations team to translate Global Studio's capabilities into compelling marketing narratives and business opportunities. Key job responsibilities Strategic Planning & Business Development: • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Global Studio across Amazon • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities across marketing organizations • Create compelling business cases and value propositions for potential partner teams • Drive adoption through strategic communications and enablement programs • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across marketing organizations Campaign Planning & Execution: • Partner with operations team to develop scalable campaign frameworks • Create playbooks and best practices for different campaign types and complexity levels • Drive optimization of campaign planning processes based on performance data • Ensure alignment between Global Studio capabilities and client campaign needs • Lead quarterly and annual planning processes with partner teams Product Marketing & Communications: • Develop clear, compelling messaging about Global Studio's value proposition • Create sales enablement materials and training resources • Design and execute internal marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption • Maintain regular stakeholder communications about product updates and success stories • Generate case studies and ROI analysis to demonstrate business impact About the team XCM’s mission is to be the most culturally and contextually aware, creatively breakthrough, and measurably effective marketing organization in the world. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
- Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
- Experience in creative operations or creative production with knowledge of marketing technology platforms and creative workflows
