The Role:

First We Feast is hiring a Sr. Manager of Ad Operations to oversee all facets of our paid social and distribution marketing strategies. Reporting to the SVP, Client Partnerships, Sr. Manager of Ad Ops will play a key role in the strategy, execution and ad product development of the company.

The Sr. Manager of Ad Ops will focus on managing and measuring our online ad trafficking and the strategy of branded content, including video, posts and short-form assets that are optimized for multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. This role will interact closely with other internal teams such as Client Services, Sales and Operations, as well as external clients to ensure consistent and smooth delivery of all advertising campaigns.

You Will:

  • Develop plans for achieving and measuring social campaign success, including determining key metrics, processes for measurement and workflow optimization;
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Evaluate paid social and distribution marketing strategies to find opportunities for competitive advantage;
  • Work with planning, pricing and pre-sales teams to ensure that ad distribution supports client goals and content performance;
  • Manage relationships with platforms, publishers, media vendors, and third party vendors to maximize the performance of existing buys and stay current with new products/features;
  • Demonstrate platform expertise and content distribution strategies for both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Take the lead on establishing Ad Ops workflows and processes as First We Feast continue to stand up its own business operations after becoming an independent company.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of Ad Ops experience, ideally within the digital publishing industry;
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, GAM and TikTok
  • Some direct team management experience is a plus;
  • A working knowledge of digital media platforms including advertising data and social and digital trends;
  • Experience preparing, analyzing and presenting campaign insights to key stakeholders;
  • Advanced skills in Excel

For candidates in the NYC metro area, the estimated annual base salary is $80,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation for this role will be based on a number of factors including business needs and the final candidate's experience and skills.
