The Prime Video Direct team hiring a Selection Excellence Program Manager to join a team of talented and dedicated individuals responsible for supporting the global Prime Video Direct business. This role will primarily own (1) oversight of the Selection Excellence review process for all content submitted via Prime Video Direct, and (2) all onboarding for content providers on a global basis. This work will directly impact content acquisition, royalties, and customer engagement, and you will partner with internal content acquisition, operations, and tech teams to test and scale processes that help grow the selection of quality, highly engaging content on Prime Video. You will manage the SOP for all selection excellence reviews, as well as white-glove onboarding of net new providers to the PVD service. A successful candidate will be able to show demonstrated success in working backwards from the customer, diving deep to understand customer needs and preferences, driving change through clear, articulate communication, and holding the highest standards on data quality and analytical rigor. He or she will be able to effectively evaluate benefits and risks and use high judgment to make recommendations to Prime Video leaders. This person should be organized and able to use mechanisms to drive productivity, high accuracy, actionable insights, and coordination across teams. A good candidate will have strong written and verbal communications skills, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL queries, the ability to influence others, and a passion for digital video.
  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
