The Professional Bull Riders (PBR) is looking for a creative, self-starting individual with experience in creating social-first content that elevates the brand storytelling while driving awareness and engagement across our social landscape.


As the Social Content Producer, you are a storyteller as much as you are a producer, as you create a wide variety of content across social platforms and work to bring marketing and content initiatives and visions to life! This position will collaborate with the content team and must create projects from start to finish, including conception, video capture and editing, and UGC selection and curation.


This position is remote and involves heavy travel and weekend/night work in-season.


Qualifications


  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Social photography and videography experience
  • Knowledge of design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Canva
  • Editing/production experience on Adobe Premiere preferred
  • Passion to create and innovate! Remain up-to-date with all social media trends (focus on TikTok and IG Reels)
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable, willing to take initiative, and adapt to a variety of situations
  • Enjoys being part of a team and is open to collaborative and creative ideas
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced, highly visible environment
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours/weekends if needed
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities


  • This position is responsible for the production of unique social-first content across PBR’s social media landscape.
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Content and social team in the planning and ideation of monthly content for organic social channels.
  • The Social Media Content Producer must be able to create and execute original social concepts from start to finish for campaigns and brand activations to drive engagement, education + awareness.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of social media KPI’s to help optimize and pivot social strategies, tactics, and content evolution.
  • Collaborate with the social team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and evaluate performance metrics to maximize engagement, reach, and awareness.
  • Film + edit all in-house static and video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and Instagram Stories, ensuring proper formatting and delivery of final files.
  • Assist the social team in capitalizing on everything from tentpole events to unplanned moments and milestones, ideating and creating unique content across platforms and mediums.
  • Bring unique and trending ideas to the table, with a focus on priority platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Provide real-time content and live social coverage for events when needed.
  • This position may require atypical hours, including night or weekend event coverage and travel.
