Job Overview:
Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team in Sunnyvale. In this role, you will coordinate and manage projects involving Japanese-speaking actors and production teams, ensuring smooth operations and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
· Coordinate with Japanese-speaking actors and production teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
· Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
· Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
· Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
· Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
· Ensure all project documentation is maintained and up-to-date.
· Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects.
· Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the entertainment industry.
· Fluent in English and Japanese because extensive collaboration with stakeholders will be required.
· Ability to work onsite in Sunnyvale, California.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Experience coordinating with actors and production teams.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in start-up environments.
· Knowledge of mobile gaming, reading, and streaming markets.
· Familiarity with Agile project management principles.
· Passion for storytelling and entertainment.
