What You'll be doing:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Book and process client payroll
- Process Accounts Payable and Cash Receipts
- Prepare Invoices and help manage client’s receivables
- Maintain accurate General Ledger/Trial Balances
- Record opening Trial Balance as journal entries, prepare, and reconcile bank statements
- Maintain cash flow and reporting requests for clients
- Coordinate and complete client loan applications
- Provide accurate asset schedules for insurance
- Work closely with the tax department to ensure clean and accurate books
- Ensure that tax deadlines (1099s, estimated payments) are met timely
- Other related duties as assigned
What Do you Need to Succeed:
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong willingness and eagerness to learn new technical subject areas
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with a team and help out when needed
Education & Experience Requirements:
- College degree and minimum three years of accounting experience
- Proficient in excel
- Experience with Xero and Bill.com is beneficial but not required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
