Program Producer
Reporting into: SVP, Production Director
Location: New York, NY
Your Role:
Program Producer is responsible for organizing and executing company events, meetings, and team-building activities that enhance employee engagement and company culture. This role involves planning, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution of internal events, from small cultural gatherings to large company-wide panels and presentations.
What You Do:
Event Planning & Execution:
- Schedule, Plan, organize, and execute internal company events, including team-building activities, town halls, ERG events, holiday parties, and cultural committee events
- Develop event concepts aligned with company culture and goals
- Coordinate logistics such as location (within the office), rehearsals, catering, AV setup, and guest speakers
- Oversee event setup and execution, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees
Budget & Vendor Management:
- Develop and manage event budgets
- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, entertainers, and speakers
- Track expenses and process invoices
Employee Engagement & Communication:
- Partner with HR, PR and ELT to align event goals with company culture and employee engagement
- Create and distribute promotional messaging, invitations, and reminders for events
- Partner and collaborate with ERGs, Culture Committee and teams across the agency
- Gather feedback from employees and ELT to continuously improve event planning
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or employee engagement programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
- Experience working with budgets and vendor negotiations

Location:
McCann New York team members must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New York Tristate area unless otherwise agreed upon by their manager and McCann New York’s Human Resources team. McCann New York is a hybrid workplace with three days in-office per week.
Salary Range:
$70,000 – $80,000. Salary ranges depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
