What We Need:
Katz is looking for a Campaign Strategist to join our team. The Campaign Strategist role is responsible for working with our sales team to maximize revenue opportunities through fulfillment of complex RFPs and campaign build out. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and able to multi-task many different responsibilities and assignments. S/he must possess strong communication, organizational, and strategic-thinking skills and be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Taking initiative is a must.

What You'll Do:
  • Work with Account Executives to generate proposals
  • Manage Pre-Sales Process, work with sales to optimize sales plans, understand CPM rates, targeting requirements & increase revenue when possible.
  • Enter and revise orders
  • Assist with monitoring campaign performance
  • Provide pacing and delivery reports
  • Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks

What You'll Need:
  • Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • A great attitude, flexibility and creativity!
  • An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales

  • Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return
  • Ability to work within prescribed guidelines without needing close supervision
  • Problem solving skills within established procedures
  • Understanding of when to seek guidance for unforeseen problems

Compensation:
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
