Art Director

Position Summary:The Art Director is responsible for guiding all creative output across multiple channels—spanning graphic design, copywriting, photography, and beyond. In this role, you will lead a creative team, ensuring that every visual and written element aligns with the brand, elevates the brand image, meets quality standards, and is delivered on schedule. This position will work closely with the creative director to ideate and execute creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation and refinement of all e-commerce creative materials, including product imagery, graphics, and written content.
  • Review and provide feedback on social media content calendars to maintain brand consistency.
  • Organize and direct photoshoots, as well as other creative initiatives, to generate compelling brand assets.
  • Manage project timelines, balancing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Uphold brand standards to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of all creative work of the graphic team to elevate the team’s output.
  • Keep informed about industry developments, trends, and best practices, inspiring the team with innovative ideas.
  • Propose forward-thinking creative solutions that resonate with current retail trends, customer interests, and emerging digital platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership position within fashion, e-commerce, or a similar creative industry.
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to manage a team and deliver top-tier creative projects.
  • Strong expertise in graphic design and proven ability to manage a design team effectively.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
  • Willingness to learn and utilize Monday.com for cross-departmental project management.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce trends, and storytelling for online channels.
  • Experience with social media video production and editing is a plus.

Compensation and Work Arrangement:

  • Full-time On-site position in Downtown Los Angeles
  • Compensation: $75,000 ~ 90,000 depending on experience
