The Challenge:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Culture & Senior Events Coordinator. In this role, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the employee experience at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Your primary role will be to coordinate and lead event operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our employees. Your meticulous attention to detail and passion for creating a welcoming environment will be essential as you execute employee engagement activities, event logistics, and decor. What You'll Take On:

  • Coordinate internal and external events, handling venue sourcing, thematic approach, and logistics management.
  • Conceptualize creative in-house event programming, including social hours, speaker series, wellness programs, ERG programming and virtual events, as needed.
  • Support group leader with execution of premiere events and executive hospitality, providing white glove support on all assigned duties.
  • Collaborate with the broader WPX team on physical set-up requests and regularly meet and update team on status and progress.
  • Maintain organization, inventory, and cleanliness of pantry and equipment.
  • Serve as the go-to person for all things related to NY office culture, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain a master event database, including venues, vendors, event history, costs, and images.
  • Source dinner/entertainment venues and hotels for team on/offsites.
  • Submit expenses and reconcile event budgets.
  • Other administrative duties related to vendor relationships and payment scheduling.
  • Support the design and implementation of our internal online merchandise store for employees and partners.
  • Assist with the logistics of sourcing and distributing employee swag and holiday gifts.
  • Fulfill other merchandise orders as requested by internal teams.

What You Bring:

  • Ideally 2 to 3 years of operational experience and awareness of Event Operations.
  • Creativity and the desire to push "out of the box" thinking.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate across, and support, varying teams and functions.
  • Sense of operations and a passion for hospitality.
  • Scheduling and Budgeting experience.
  • Event design and execution.
  • An eagerness and willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Strong attention to detail - the little things matter.
  • Ability to engage with all levels of the business.
  • Good decision making skills while troubleshooting and / or pivoting details in-flight.
  • Formal food service knowledge.

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $40,000 and $55,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
