As we double down on growth, we are looking for a community manager to strengthen our audience relationships across digital, event, and other channels.

Responsibilities:


-Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage fan communities both online and IRL; optimize for audience growth and revenue potential


-Execute promotional campaigns for digital and live events, including pre-sale, on-sale, and post-event recaps and engagement


-Lead all pre, during, and post-event fan communications, ensuring an elevated experience for all attendees


-Support CEO in development, rollout, and maintenance of membership strategy


-Support CEO with marketing, rollout, and customer service surrounding new CPG or non-podcast properties


-Create and maintain an email list and strategy; propose new opportunities to engage with fan communities and accumulate listener data


-Collaborate with Production Manager and third-party producers or event organizers to deliver regular local and regional fan events


-Collaborate with Producer to deliver digital and livestream events


-Collaborate with Researcher to deliver data-informed growth strategies


Required Skills


-Proven experience as a community manager, preferably with membership, hospitality, luxury and/or media brands


-Strong understanding of social media platforms, community-building tools, and fan engagement strategies


-Experience working with live events and driving ticket sales


-Excellent communication skills, and an ability to embody a brand voice across audience-facing communications


-Understanding of common community management platforms


-Fluent with common productivity and communication software (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace at a minimum)


-Intellectual curiosity; desire and ability to independently learn new skills

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
