We are dedicated to making a positive impact through our newscasts, digital offerings, programming and community initiatives.
We are seeking a dynamic Community Initiatives Manager & Creative Services Producer to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for managing community outreach efforts and creating compelling promotional content that enhances our stations' brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Initiatives Management:
  • Develop and implement community outreach programs that align with the station's mission and values
  • Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and community leaders
  • Coordinate and participate in community events, sponsorships, and partnerships
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of community impact initiatives
Creative Services Producer:
  • Write, produce, and edit promotional spots that highlight the station's brand, programming, and community involvement
  • Collaborate with creative team to develop innovative promotional campaigns
  • Ensure all promotional content is consistent with the station's brand voice and messaging
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • Proven experience in community outreach, public relations or a similar role
  • 5+ years of experience producing promotion spots at a television station
  • Strong writing, editing and production skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premier video editing software and production tools
