Your New Role
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for managing the recruiting full cycle of mid-senior level positions across multiple client groups in Mexico and the wider LATAM region; partners with operations to recommend process changes required to support clients; drives candidate engagement from interview to offer; creates interview guides; oversees selection and influences partners drive Talent Acquisition results. Partners with sourcing to map talent; understands and dialogues with clients regarding market intelligence and impact on hiring.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Facilitate the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure a positive experience for applicants and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with P&C and the business to understand their business strategy and talent requirements.
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage client/partner expectations.
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and clients with minimal escalations. Actively source through various market channels e.g., LinkedIn, local job boards, networks, social media, etc. to proactively identify suitable candidates.
- Ensures the interview and candidate slate prep is completed within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Understands and communicate the diversity goals of the organization and how it relates to their search and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor´s degree is required.
- A minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience ideally gained combining recruitment agency and in-house recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting Financial profiles.
- Experience supporting a high volume of sourcing and recruitment.
- Proficient English skills
- Experience creating and managing search strategies, mapping markets, and gleaning industry insights.
- Previous experience with CRM/ATS with sourcing, tracking, managing, and closing candidates. Knowledge and application of advanced candidate generation and research techniques.
- Competencies: Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, autonomy, a strong sense of initiative, effective influencer, curious learner about business and talent goals.
