Position Summary - Marketing & Social Media Manager
Bruxie, an up-and-coming “culinary casual” concept based in Southern California, is seeking a full-time Director of Marketing & Social Media to join its growing team. The brand currently has 12 locations in CA and GA. For this role, the ideal candidate should have 5+ years of brand marketing experience, including social media content creation and management. Bruxie is uniquely stationed at the top of the fast-casual segment, with its inviting vibes, personalized service, and innovative menu offerings, including bold waffle sandwiches, noted chicken tenders and artisan custard shakes — this role demands someone who understands and complements the concept by bringing creativity, attention to detail, and passion for the hospitality industry. Bruxie invests in the best people, processes, and ingredients to ensure guests have a memorable experience with every visit, and these unmistakable attributes and defining characteristics are paving the way for a growing footprint.
Key Responsibilities:Brand Marketing:— Creation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement— Coordinating collateral creation with lead designer— Coordinating photo shoots with culinary team and photographer — Oversee marketing emails to database for regional promotions and company-wide outreach— Coordinate Grand Opening PR and Marketing for new locations and similar events for select anniversaries— Coordinate necessary press releases and distribute over wire, as needed
Social Media Management:— Content Creation — produce compelling social media content at Bruxie Southern California locations to reflect the brand’s key marketing objectives— Collaboration with key marketing and management executives to ensure consistent brand representation and alignment— Manage the day-to-day execution of social media strategy, including content, posting, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok— Maintain an editorial calendar to keep track of promotions, holidays, revenue drivers, etc. — Manage and grow Bruxie’s already robust social media presence — Assist stores in establishing local pages as needed, and collaborate when possible— Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, questions to foster community engagement and enhance brand loyalty— Coordinate influencer visits, as necessary
Analytics and Reporting:— Keep track of key metrics to inform team and adjust strategies— Share insights into promotion performance in various markets with other regions
Collaboration and Coordination:— Work cross-functionally with marketing associates, CEO, PR teams, operations team, store managers, franchisees, graphic designers, and photographers to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment— Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail, communicating with team, and meeting deadlines— Visit all locations, especially those which are new or soon-to-open in the Southern California area, to capture real-time content for social media and create excitement surrounding newsworthy events
Qualifications:— Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field— 3-5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation on Instagram/Facebook/TikTok— Proficiency in using marketing and social media platforms and tools— Familiarity with video production and photography for digital platforms (preferred, not necessary)— Strong writing skills with a demonstrated ability to create engaging content— Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team and with cross-functional partners— Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and a self-starter

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
