We are seeking a Promotions Coordinator to join Paramount Pictures.

 

 

Main responsabilites: 

 

  • Support Promotions Manager by helping create presentations, attending promo partner meetings, and following up on promotional assets' development and authorization processes.
  • Service materials to agencies and partners to ensure the best creative is developed for promotional activities.
  • Help coordinate A/V and print asset production as needed and follow up on creative asset approval processes with Home Office.
  • Manage promo items' requests, inventory control, and shipping.
  • Submit and follow up on marketing department POs.
  • Coordinate and follow up on vendor comparison, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Conduct market and vendor research as required.
  • Manage the screenings platform (Paramount Premieres), including mailing database updates.
  • Support event organization as required (screenings, premieres, red carpets, talent visits, etc.).
  • Handle scheduling and reservations.

 

Requirements:

 

We are seeking professionals in Marketing, Publicity, or Communications who are fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office programs as well as various design applications. Professional experience in related fields or industry is a plus. Academic-level experience in audiovisual production and event coordination is preferred.
