About the team
What you’ll do (responsibilities)
-
Ensure designs and content reflect consistently both the brand image and company principles

Establish and maintain working relationships with creative and production vendors, strengthen partnerships with current vendors, and conceive/execute creative
-
Design branded physical environments, including custom exhibits, turn-key booths, branded collateral, social materials, and interactive installations that align with the brand
-
Design guidelines and kits for self-serve materials for events across marketing
-
Collaborate with other designers and external production teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
-
Develop mood boards, to-scale drawings, 3D renderings, and presentation materials to communicate design concepts.

Create and maintain floorplans, sign location plans and other planning documents
-
Ensure brand consistency across all environmental touchpoints, integrating digital and physical experiences.

Stay updated on industry trends in sustainability, materials, and experiential design.
-
Collaborate with and mentor other designers within the team.

Travel to participate in site visits and event builds [as needed basis]

Your perspective and voice will help give shape to our brand and our ever-evolving studio culture.
What you’ll need (basic qualifications)
-
Experience in Environmental Design, Graphic Design, Brand Design, or a related field.

Strong understanding of branding, experiential design, and materials.
-
Deep understanding of the user journey through an event
-
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, SketchUp, CAD, or other 3D modeling tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-
Ability to translate brand identities into engaging, spatial experiences.

Knowledge of printing, fabrication techniques, and sustainable design principles
What's nice to have (preferred qualifications)
-
Motion experience - either creation or working with motion designers

Industry experience
Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.
