THE JOB:
As the National Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall execution of all marketing and operational efforts. You will also be responsible for tournament and event administration, reviewing of marketing collateral, decisions based on historical gaming, and support of the Casino Host team. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Work closely with the National Marketing team to create, launch, and assess marketing programs, manage event productivity, and track profits and losses.
- Lead the National Marketing Administrator in organizing tournaments, which includes setting up tournament databases, preparing reports, managing guest lists, interacting with guests, approving materials, and supervising the tournament team.
- Create fact sheets, memos, and other information for National Marketing projects like table game tournaments and marketing campaigns, making sure other departments are informed about current activities.
- Support the host team by explaining procedures and helping solve any problems they face. Prepare and share regular and special reports as needed, and answer questions about the financial performance of Slot Marketing events.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has a bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent casino marketing or casino environment experiences.
- Has at least two (2) years of experience in casino marketing or casino operation roles.
- Motivated self-starters who take initiative and drive results.
- Creative problem solvers who approach challenges with innovative solutions.
- Individuals who can manage tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Express themselves clearly, actively listen, and convey information efficiently.

The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum - Maximum
$83,700.00 - $139,400.00Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans.
