Base Salary: $99,000-144,000

Who You Are:

We are looking for a strong CanLATAM marketing manager who approaches every task with a creative mindset, attention to detail and a can-do attitude. This role will work cross-functionally with various internal organizations to meet overarching business objectives. This role is crucial in ensuring X events and experiences thrive and drive impact across CanLATAM. In addition to speaking Spanish and Portuguese, you must have integrity and be willing to roll up your sleeves for anything and everything. Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously is a MUST.

What You'll Do:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Marketing Strategy across CanLATAM to inspire and attract brands to X and convert them into advertisers. You are results driven. You have a long term vision and are passionate about creativity.

  • Help inform the Business Marketing Strategy for CanLATAM and transform this into a comprehensive detailed and actionable Marketing Plan that is aligned with our sales team, their challenges and opportunities.

  • Execute the marketing plan in collaboration with our sales and sales support teams to drive advertiser adoption of our platform.

  • Plan and execute campaigns, content, events, marketing initiatives and B2B education programs that will maximize industry revenue growth; focus on why X is relevant and how best to use the platform to meet marketing objectives.

  • Manage our creative, content and events agencies, ensuring creativity and effectiveness within our brand guidelines, deliver within agreed deadlines and to clear objectives.

  • Develop and execute scaled marketing campaigns (email and paid) and maintain events calendar.

  • Collaborate with global marketing, local sales, product, research, and external partners to align on holistic marketing strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • Spanish and Portuguese

  • 6+ years of relevant business and industry experience

  • Experience working in LATAM Market

  • Strong Digital Marketing and/or Social Media ecosystem understanding

  • Experience working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders

  • Proven track record of developing and executing events and content marketing with measurable results

  • Experience managing external partners and vendors

  • Commitment to quality, accuracy and consistency including adherence to brand standards

  • Exceptional project management skills
