We’re seeking a creative, collaborative thinker, and a buttoned-up Senior Account Executive. This person should have a team-oriented attitude, be pro-active and have a strong voice to manage and lead their projects. This person should not wait for projects to be assigned, but should be comfortable digging into the clients’ business to help elicit success and growth. They will be resourceful, resilient and focused on solutions. A successful candidate will work hard, laugh along the way, evolve with the challenge and be proud of the work delivered.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Be a pro-active and confident leader who is capable of running projects independently and takes pride in their work. Manage integrated production with initiatives including video, food shoots, OOH, social, and experiential, independently and confidently. Be responsible for delivering against the direction set by the Managing Director. Ensure clear communication, exceptional attention-to-detail, and collaboration to build relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners. Build and own relationships with key clients, internal teams and external partners, including strong collaboration with our Media and PR agency partners. Ensure that the execution of all creative solutions are met on time and on budget. Oversee and mentor Assistant Account Executive/Account Coordinator on the team.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop a meaningful relationship, based on trust and mutual respect, with clients becoming their go-to person
    • Structures and prepares well-written POVs, decks, and presentations
    • Work with project management and production to develop schedules, monitor budgets and prioritize workstreams
    • Collaborate with strategy and comms to develop compelling briefs and POVs
    • Partner with client project leads
    • Mentors and supports the growth of Assistant Account Executive with day-to-day oversight of Always-on Social for 4 platforms: IG, Tiktok, FB, Twitter in US & Canada
    • Supports the Account Director and Managing Director
    • Maintenance of weekly internal and client status reports
    • Manages the statuses and collaboration of the Inter Agency Team (IAT) to ensure all brand activations are coming from one cohesive brand voice and ideas are amplified across all channels
    • Support in the creative development process; be comfortable running projects independently
    • Help creative teams by providing any insight they need to successfully develop work throughout the entire process
    • Has a clear understanding and appreciation of social trends with the ability to discuss up to date platform enhancement and features
    • Has a pulse on the QSR industry and can lead the internal team in thoughtful conversations looking for opportunities and optimizations for the client
    • Leads production development from bidding, to awarding, managing shoots and/or content productions, post-production and implementation
    • Management of client budget and billing
    • Ensure that all creative – concepts, designs, logos, taglines, etc. – are run internally through D&G Business Affairs, prior to being presented to Client

Qualifications:

    • 4 -5 years of agency experience at a creatively driven agency
    • Must have strong social, digital and broadcast/video production experience and knowledge of print
    • QSR experience a plus, but not required
    • Strong, entrepreneurial spirit and drive
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster optimal relationships
    • Proactive, strong problem solving skills, detail oriented
    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred

The role is based in Los Angeles, CA.
The base salary range is $75k - $85k plus benefits.
