Job Description:

Maverick is launching a Sales Associates Program designed for ambitious individuals looking to break into the creative advertising world. As a Sales Associate, you will receive comprehensive sales training and be responsible for securing new business in the form of commercial advertisements. This is a commission-only role, ideal for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to earn based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for potential commercial advertisement opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospective clients, including brands, marketing agencies, and advertising agencies.
  • Present Maverick's creative and production services to potential clients and explain how our offerings can meet their advertising needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with Maverick's team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Deliver updates on sales progress to the Maverick team.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the creative advertising industry.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently present Maverick’s offerings to a diverse range of clients.
  • No prior sales experience required; training will be provided.
  • Must have access to a computer and reliable internet for remote work.
