Job Summary:

About the Role & Team:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Coordinator, Talent Acquisition. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Talent Acquisition team and Recruiters in all aspects of recruiting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding opportunities within Disney Entertainment Television.

What You Will Do:

  • Schedule interviews and travel as needed for candidates (includes setting up phone screens, coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and team as needed, book conference rooms and sending out directions to candidates)

  • Assist with job postings on career pages

  • Work in applicant tracking system (ATS) Workday in conjunction with Recruiter to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information

  • Stay updated on entertainment industry and maintain best practices within Talent Acquisition

  • Assisting recruiters with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a support role

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects

  • Proven organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking system preferred


The hiring range for this remote position in Burbank is $53,300.00-$71,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
