Job Description
The Foley Entertainment Group Marketing Team is looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and driven individual to work as the Marketing and Fan Development Coordinator for the Henderson Silver Knights and Vegas Knight Hawks. This position will work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, manage digital marketing initiatives, and oversee gameday/community promotions.

- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase ticket sales, merchandise sales, and overall brand awareness.
- Create copy for our marketing and media campaigns and assist in managing media plan assets for the season.
- Execute all email marketing campaigns as outlined in the marketing strategy and calendar.
- Audit the team's website and digital platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
- Create and execute fan engagement programs like fan clubs, contests, and giveaways.
- Work with the Sr. Director of Marketing with Theme Nights and promotion ideation and execution to drive single-game tickets.
- Identify, coordinate, and staff team activations at community events.
- Collaborate with the ticketing team to develop unique ticket packages, exclusive giveaways, and events to drive group sales and increase member retention.
- Manage all giveaway and promotional item sourcing, ordering, and delivery.
- Assist Sr. Director of Marketing & Fan Development with in-stadium signage and any additional gameday print pieces.
- Assist in managing the recruitment, scheduling, and management of the Marketing Gameday Staff team.
- Oversee concourse activations, including the Sam & Ash Tiltyard, and liaise with external vendors for special events.
- Help facilitate and coordinate in-game Fan Experiences and Mites at Knight Activations.
- Implement data collection strategies and manage lead lists to optimize ticket sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College/University required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, within the sports/entertainment industry preferred.
- Must be able to work all HSK and VKH home games
- Ability to think and react quickly in high-pressure situations
- Must have high energy and be a positive team player
- Detail-oriented, driven self-motivator with a strong work ethic to get the job done.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
