  • Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 USD hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:

MAIN DUTIES:
The Client Services Representative is responsible for building excellent client relations by creating a warm and inviting working environment. They will set up daily coffee and breakfast set ups, restock communal snacks and beverages, and oversees all steps of service during supervised sessions, including greeting clients, ordering meals, preparing food and beverages, and ensuring that visitor and staff requests are fulfilled with the utmost professionalism. Additional duties include:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and common areas.
  • Order supplies and miscellaneous goods while maintaining a budget.
  • Plan and execute weekly events such as in house client happy hours and mid-day treats.
  • Plan and execute celebrations for birthdays and holidays.
  • Work with the larger Client Services team to plan and execute larger annual parties.
  • Order client gifts, handle reservations for client dinners.
  • Prepare Welcome Baskets for new clients.
  • Work directly with Operations to optimize efficiency within the department.
  • Run errands as needed.
  • Cover the Front Desk team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will have prior restaurant or hospitality experience, and a strong understanding of both service and hospitality. They will be able to anticipate needs and shift priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, must be adaptable with acute attention to detail. They will be a self-starter with an artistic eye and exceptional interpersonal skills, and have excellent judgment and discretion, with the ability to maintain polished and mature demeanor while attending to VIP clients. Additional desired skills include:
  • Able to work flexible hours (late nights, weekends, holidays) as needed.
  • Ability to listen, communicate well, and make connections.
  • Prior experience making espresso drinks is an asset.
  • Demonstrated interested in film and television is an asset.

The benefits for eligible part-time employees working 25 or more hours per week and full-time employees in the US include a comprehensive package of health, retirement, and insurance benefits and paid time off.
